When something breaks at the account level, Nedzo shows a full-width strip across the top of the app. The strip pushes the page down instead of floating over it, so it cannot be missed or scrolled past. Alerts are read live. Fix the cause and the strip clears itself on the next page view.

What raises an alert

Red alerts mean traffic is stopping right now. Amber alerts mean it will stop soon unless you act. Both wallet alerts land on Balance, not Payment methods. Balance is where your funds, the auto top-up toggle and the top-up threshold live. If you have no card on file, Balance tells you so and links you to add one.

Stacking

At most two alerts show at once. Nedzo sorts by severity first, so you always see the worst two. The rest appear as you clear the ones above them.

Dismissing an alert

Every alert has a close button. Most come back on the next page load, because the problem is still there and it stops your traffic. Two stay closed until your allowance period rolls over:
  • Wallet running low
  • Plan allowance nearly used
These are warnings about something that has not happened yet, so Nedzo remembers that you closed them rather than asking again on every page. The dismissal expires with the period, so a new period raises the warning again if the balance is still low.
