This endpoint is for the VIP plan only. Other plans get a
403. See Plan access.502. The item stays in the library, but some of its agents may have stopped using it already. Send the delete again to finish.
Answers 204 with no body.

402 | The account has no plan, or its subscription is not active. |
404 | The item does not exist, was already deleted, or is not in your API key’s scope. |
403 | The workspace is locked. The answer has workspaceLocked: true. |
502 | We could not finish the delete. The item may still be in the library, and some agents may have stopped using it. Send the delete again to finish. |
